We provide design, development and consultation services for a multitude of training programs. We begin all training initiatives with a customization process. We meet with your management staff, along with several individual participants, to determine areas that are needed for improvement. The interviews will determine the focus and emphasis of the training initiative.

We also encourage our clients to conduct follow-up reinforcement sessions. The sessions focus on skill reinforcement, with a lot of time spent on strategy development and any challenges they might be having with implementing those strategies. We believe it's important to provide feedback before, during, and after many of our programs through the use of surveys, video cameras, written observations, reinforcement sessions and coaching. We encourage post-program feedback to further reinforce continuous improvement beyond the classroom.
