Prior to developing her consulting and training business, Nancy was employed with fortune 500 companies such as Sprint, Lanier Worldwide and Commerce Clearing House. While working with Sprint for over 7 years, she held various sales, training and management roles. In her 2 years as a business-to-business Account Manager with Sprint, she earned many sales awards such as "President's club (2), Top Rep of the Month (2), Achiever's Club (6) and an Award of Excellence (4)" throughout her career.
In addition to Nancy’s diverse background and experience in sales and training she is very active in her community volunteering. Nancy’s passion and heart is with the “Ophelia Project”, a national non-profit organization dedicated to insuring that adolescent girls in the community reach their fullest potential. They insure an emotionally, physically and socially safe culture by developing and networking community resources, volunteers and programs. Ophelia supports the girls in areas such as body image, self-esteem, friendships and life choices. Nancy is currently running a “Girls Circle” in her community, which is focusing on Friendship, Body Image and Being a Girl (for girls ages 11-14). She has also mentored for the “Young Women’s Leadership Board” which focuses on helping young women between the ages of 18-22 make the sometimes difficult transition to being a woman and helping them into the real world.
Nancy attended Western Michigan University where she holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
